hai..work was ok today. everything was ok until the last call i pick up. it was this indian guy who is a PPS member. he call me and called the wife so we had a conference call. and i had 2indians shouting at me over the phone demanding me to do something to their redemption ticket. their ticket is already particially used and i cant just reissue them the ticket. my team leader dun approve so there is nothing i can do for them..i offer them other solutions but they say my solution is their problem and not solving their problem. so i'm stuck in the middle, nothing i can do to help coz my team leader dun want to approve to help.i dunnoe why but i just feel that my team leader like dun really like me. she is a malay so she is like friendlier to the malay colleagues. hai..and is only the second day of me on the floor in the team. i dunnoe how to survive.

under the Singapore Law, chapter 8 the law of contract, section 6 capacity to contract.
8.6.1 Under Singapore common law, a minor is a person under the age of 21.
8.6.2 As a general rule, contracts are not enforceable against minors. However, where a minor has been supplied with necessaries, Sale of Goods Act, the minor must pay for them. Contracts of service which are, on the whole, for the minor’s benefit are also valid. The minor is also bound by certain types of contracts (ie contracts concerning land or shares in companies, partnership contracts and marriage settlements), unless the minor repudiates the contract before attaining majority at age 21 or within a reasonable time thereafter.
can someone explain this to me?? does it mean that a minor below the age of 21 does not have to pay when he/she break a contract? does it means i dun have to pay if i break my work contract? i was fighting to hold back my tears just now when packing up and on the bus back home. i just feel so upset. the one helping me is not my tl but is a senoir colleague. he is really so super helpful and he helped me and taught me in many ways.
I JUST WISH FRIDAY (if i'm meeting jw on friday) OR SATURDAY (if not i'll meet him on saturday instead) WILL COME FASTER! i want it to be like real fast..

i worned out..is just the first day in the team and i'm already making mistakes. i'm expecting a complain to be coming in.
damn..
is just so demoralizing.
on a happy note..i'm off on the eve of christmas day. which means i can spend my off day with jw provided that he is off if not i can go back to oriental to work and have my count down there.

nursery is over. no more honey moon period. no more slacking around le. we were splited into teams today. i got into service model with ayu and nadia. lucky still got ppl accompany sia. sometimes i see future in tld but sometimes i dun.is finally off days with bf. has been looking forward since monday. still waiting at starbucks for him to end work. think tml should be stay at home and sleep bah den sunday go back oriental. a way for me to spend my off day. den monday off again. so is a long weekend.
